# Spiral pricing

Spiral is an AI writing agent that learns your voice and writes in it. Every plan includes the full writing agent, the style engine, a knowledge base, and MCP + API access — so an agent can connect to Spiral and write in a user's voice. Plans differ by usage limits and collaboration. Usage is metered, not unlimited. Prices are in USD, billed monthly.

## Connecting an agent

Every plan includes MCP & API access. An agent can authenticate, add writing samples, and generate drafts in a user's voice over MCP (server at `https://api.writewithspiral.com/mcp/`, Streamable HTTP, OAuth on first connect), the REST API, or the Spiral CLI (`@every-env/spiral-cli` on npm).
